As long as you using only CF and nothing else you should be safe, but there is always a chance of someone you attack reporting you thats why some users who are using bots getting banned
When the ban wave is rolled, and you didnt get banned then it means you werent on the list

I used clash farmer but i didn't get banned help me if i can used clash farmer safety

Make sure to stop using and uninstall mods (xmod/imod) and any other bots, configure breaks in the "Other" tab and attack only dead bases.

The best way is uninstalling each application about ClashOfClans.
