change compatibility for the bot to Windows 8 https://youtu.be/vaoXJcdcYuQ?t=156

i have put compatibility to win 8, i can't get memu to take setting for android 5.1 it gives error failed to download. never works only allows for android 7.1 to work.

3. Gold 127040, Elixir 211657, DElixir 1451
