when I try to start clashfarmer, its not start. I used windows 8.1 64 bit. please help me.

You missing a Microsoft visual c component
Try to install it http://www.softpedia.com/get/Programming/Components-Libraries/Microsoft-Visual-C-Redistributable-Package.shtml

Now ok, after I installed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013(x_86). Thanks for help.
