I sent mail more than five hours and still no response is very frivolous and not professional behavior to something that pays

Due to Paypal technical issue, we can't use our auto mailing system and we're sending the keys manually. That's the reason it takes longer. You have nothing to worry about, everybody will receive their pro keys.

For my hand still sorry to have sent the paypal payment of an email address that I no longer use.
