Almost anything can run MEmu even the old PCs
My recommendation is any laptop with 4gb ram and any CoreI or AMD CPU for the smoothest run
Best windows after 20 formats and fresh installations of different windows versions
I found that the best one is Windows 10 LTSB
You can get Cheap refurbished laptops if you planning to run the bot on it only
