Please make sure that you COPY & PASTE the license key code exactly without any extra space. If it didn't solve the issue, please remove ClashFarmer from Program Files (x86), and reinstall it with "Run as administrator".

I have had this issue sometimes because of temporary files not updating correctly. Did this happen after your computer lost power or Windows was terminated without a proper shut down? That has caused the issue for me a few times.

Firewall and some anti viruses can cause that as well
Adding clashfarmer.exe to exclusions might help fix this issue if what orkalass said doesnt
