My bot only show this, and nothing happens... I don't know what is wrong

Download ClashFarmer Removal Tool v1.zip extract and run it <------ I executed as administrator, but these step didn't work.
It says:

"Command" is not recognized as an internal or external command, an operable program or a batch file

No need to run as admin and igonre errors and wait till it says press any key to continue. Or you could just go to clashfarmer folder and delete it and skip this step
