I too thought the problem was with the google account. if there is no internet in Memu, go to Memu wifi setting and remove any proxy servers from the advanced setting.
Also try creating a new Memu instance from Multi Memu and see if that works.
If you haven't tried it already you could try running Memu as administrator.

Was out all day yesterday but reinstalled memu. Stuck at 99% while loading which is another thing. Lol I have a short day at work today so will figure out memu reinstall then hit those proxy settings mentioned earlier and see what that does. Already tried the run as administrator and syncing the time bits. I’ll let ya know!
