With Townhall level 12 and Siege Machine there is a new tab in the troop creation section, before the "quick train" tab.
The BOT activates the "build siege machines" tab instead of activating the "quick train" tab; therefore the BOT cannot create troops.

The error you are reporting was a known issue in a previous release.

No problem, it was the 2nd fix in the release notes.

remember the reputation button
