DE farming - recommended settings

TH9 I use Gi/Ar/Gob 16/90/45 with CF and average abt 1,700-2,200 DE/h, low/mid gold league
TH10 I use Gi/Ba/Ar/Gob 18/25/90/25  (with smart zap DE drill) 3,500 DE/h, high gold league or Crystal III
TH10 Ba/Ar/Gi/Wb 82/82/12/8 (with smart zap DE drill) 3,300 DE/h (my friend)

From what I heard it doesn't matter much what kinda troops you use, I heard abt all archers doing 2,000DE/hr, most popular is Gibarch or Barch.

What is smart zap DE drill? I thought you couldn't get DE from zapping... does that only apply to collectors?

I get around 3.5k an hour

TH10/TH11: 16 Giants, 32 Miners, dead bases, th8-th10 (avoid th11) minimum 1500 DE, four side attack. You'll get tons of gold and elixir too.

miners sound like a good idea, how much do you get an hour? on average?

I've been using 16 L8 Giants and 32 L2 Miners....

You can't. SC disabled that years ago.

I find i make the most Loot on DE and others is using settings of 200k G and E 2k DE using the match one of these check box and only dead bases feature. This ensures relatively quick searches (most i ever had was 200 searches and that happened only 3 times in 7 months) at around 10-50 searches average. The DE collected is around 10 to 12k an hour using gem boost and 3 to 6k without. Training times without boost is 23 mins with boost is about 7 mins with around 2 or 5 mins search time. I tend to monitor my bot throughout the day so if searches are getting too long or I happen to find a base that looks good but isn't dead i'll pause bot and hit it. I un-pause bot just before match ends so it can go back to business.

Troops:
Giants: 20
Archers: 80
Goblins: 60

I find this to be best method of looting for least amount of elixir only 61k so longer searches don't hurt as much when you're pulling in 200k plus in Gold and Elixir.

I'm TH11. I use 16 level 7 giants and 32 level 3 miners. DE comes in super easy.
Search settings:
gold - 450,000
elixir - 400,000
dark elix - 2,000
full collectors - yes
match one resource - yes
wave deploy - 8
troop deploy - 9
hero ability - 11 seconds
1 wave attack
near red lines - yes
near collectors - yes
attack all sides - yes
