Stuck on "Verifying Emulator and CoC"

Paid for key, got everything set up as per all tutorials and guides here but it just stays stuck on the "Verifying Emulator and CoC..." message on the bot.

Is this a common issue? How do I fix it?

Screenshot attached is small picture of log since website doesnt let me upload bigger picture. I have MeMu open on CoC home screen and settings set up, pro activated and this is the log in SS.

Maybe you're using unsupported memu version
Try memu 2.9.6.1 uninstall the current one
