Due to the fact that you're running on Vista, you should check if you meet these requirements: http://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/a...quirements
Afterwards, try to full screen the Bluestacks Player and see if the bot is affected. Also, check that you have the right barracks selected to train, for example if one of your D.B is upgrading - make sure you've selected the correct one for the bot to use (if the wrong one is selected he either uses the fail-safe or stops training.)
Finally, try running the Bluestacks Player in compatibility mode (Win7 and higher) see if that does anything. If nothing helped then, await the official staff
