I have an army capacity of 200 and i cook only 40 at time. the bot will push for training every 3 to 4 mins. so there is never a prob even if the bot comes back with a few troops. i tried cooking 20 units but the timing didnt work out that great. 40 works out really nice. once in a while when i am around i fill it up properly.
