Edit: The antivirus might be the problem, because I had a quite similar problem... The bot started and did everything he should except attacking. Normally, if you have game language not set on english (of course this is in your situation not the problem), he's not going to search for a target, however in my case the antivirus blocked some parts of the program and I had to set it to the antivirus whitelist, although the language was set to EN.
