Mine was very rushed like yours, I did Barch 60/40 split on dead bases with 200k e/g and 500d. do that to upgrade barracks till you can get miners and then max them. once maxed to level 3 use just those at 300k e/g and 2000 d. dead bases checked. gold for wall upgrades and use elixir on troop upgrades. max your heros asap.
