I would suggest you go for

1.Uncheck ''Train by barracks''
1.2 Trophy range 1300-1650
2.Set troops to 100 barbs and 100 archers
3.250k Gold 250k Elixir 250 Dark Elixir
4.Limit TH level from 4-6th to 9th
5.Depending on your king's level id say change ''Activate heroes ability'' to 15 seconds

I'm agree with these setting.
But, you can set 100k gold and 100k Elixir
