To temporary fix this issue please do the following,
1 - Downgrade your Clash of Clans version to 8.116.2. You can safely download that version APK file from here: http://apkmirror.com/apk/supercell/clash...-download/
2 - In Google Play settings disable Clash of Clans auto-updates, so it doesn't auto update the game again or in the future.

I Uninstall Bluestacks and clash farmer... Remove everything...Even if u uninstall some folders will be there, you need to delete those too...
I Type regedit in run. Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ClashFarmer did not find the bluestacks
I went to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the clash farmer folder here..If u dont find it here Search it in C:\Program Files
i restart your PC
I downloaded bluestacks clashfarmer.com\downloads and installed
I downloaded Clashfarmer 1.8.10 rc-17 from clashfarmer.com\downloads and installed
configured and it worked.
I had tried bluestacks2 and it did not work.
