I have already tried everything ..... resolution 1280 * 720 192dpi and correct

Why are you playing with the resolution?
Just open MEMmu multi and delete the instance and create new one 4.4 and name it memu
Then just hot start bot

have same problem created 4.4 android memu and if I manually load CoC it works starts to resize resolution then doesn't launch memu says error

well today ive been trying to use the bluestacks in the guide and I cant even get that version to load on my pc at all
