I wrote a long detail on this and the upload file was to large and I lost it all! Anyway I cant get my re size software to save the dam file so I give up. the error is on mine as well. it does this if bs is open or not and it tries every min or so and fails with the same error. when starting bot there is a dos type screen that flashes on for a split second if that helps at all. this is my first install of this version

Help please Some PCs wont work with CF and BS2 very well, its best to download and install MEmu emulator, as for resizing the picture, you can easily open start menu and type Paint, free photo editing software  .
