Clash Farmer wont start Error 193

Having this issue with clash farmer starting today. When I try to boot clash farmer is says there was an error and to check clashfarmer.exe.log for details

Anyone know how to fix this issue? I have tried to reinstall multiple times, deleting all files after every delete.

Issue resolved, after deleting CYGWIN off my computer everything works fine now.
