My personal point of view: Let bot take rest times more frequently, that's the safest ways.
By the way,IOS and Android(especially Android) ，Do not install applications(applications relate to ClashOfClans) on your phone.

Im not starting using CF yet, just want to make sure it will be safty. So far only using MEmu emulator is fine
