Can't launch BlueStacks?

Not sure what version I'm supposed to be using and not sure what version I downloaded, but whenever I click "start bot" it opens blue stacks occasionally and does this:

Can you attach a full PrintScreen of the Bot and the Bluestack.
Witch version of Bluestacks do you have ?
Did you removed from Add/ Remove Programs , before download our new Bluestack ?
Did you set English Language on your Clash of clan ?

Can you attach a full PrintScreen of the Bot and the Bluestack.
Witch version of Bluestacks do you have ?
Did you removed from Add/ Remove Programs , before download our new Bluestack ?
Did you set English Language on your Clash of clan ?

Hi,
As long as you using our latest anti-ban version, 1.8.10 - RC16, http://www.clashfarmer.com/forum/showthr...p?tid=2775
and stop using and uninstall mods (xmod/imod) and any other bots and configuring time-out hours for the bot under the "Other" tab you're account will be safe.

As for the issue, as "TheGentleMan" wrote, we need a full printscreen to be able to help.
