Trophy Level

How does the Trophy Level work?
Do i have to activate it first somehow?
I set the Trophy Level from 2550 to 2650 but the bot dropped me down to 2421.

Could be that bot dropped trophies to around 2550 and then went to a few regular raids and lost and that is the reason you have 2421 trophies now.

But shouldnt it stay between 2550 and 2650?
So if im lower than 2550 it is going for pokis?
