Bluestack 2 Error retrieving information from server

Anybody having problems downloading COC in bluestacks 2? I uninstalled Bluestacks 1, restarted my  PC then installed Bluestacks 2. I finished the initial setup where you login for google play and bluestacks account etc.. Then when I try to download COC, it gives me an error. Please see pic below. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

We recommend to use MEmu emulator instead of Bluestacks.
