There is non in spam folder, However I sent the purchase details to info@clashfarmer.com.

yea sometimes payment go through and the key wont be sent this old bug and theres nothing to do to resolve it beside sending keys manually and it has to be done by owners i cant help so he just gotta wait for the owners to see the email
