When im running the bot after about 3-5 hours memu crashes and saying I have to restart it.

Sounds like a MEmu bug. Which MEmu version are you using?

Its because the short break, CF restart memu many times then MEmu crashes
to avoid this problem set break time every 4 hours make sure u match it with your CoC personal break time
