Guys, we released an optional update 1.8.19 - RC5 Professional with the following bug fixes:
1) Fixed TH12 bases (siege machines) bug.
2) Fixed zoom out bug and many more minor bug fixes.

Hi Admins,
Im just wondering why i cannot install any of this emulators on my laptop.
I tried BLUESTACK 1 and 2 and MEMU 2.9.6. but still not working.
I already disabled my firewall, anti-virus but won't work.
Up to loading only and MEMU is black screen, i even can't install COC.
Anyone? Please .. Thanks..

My two cents...

1 - Download the recommended MEmu 2.9.6. here
    and install it. don't run it.

2 - Download the additional Android 4.4 OVA file here

3 - Save it at your MEMU path. For example, mine is C:\Program Files\Microvirt\MEmu

4 - Kill your MEmuConsole in Windows Task Manager

5 - Run Multi-MEmu

5 - Delete the existing memu version from multi-memu window

6 - Click Create button and select Android 4.4 Wait to finish.

7 - Rename the new created version 4.4 to Memu (it can be optional)

8 - Enjoy

Note:
You can use the 5.3.2 version too. Both are working pretty well for me

the black screen is because you are not running on android 4.4
Uninstall memu and try again
