Lvl 13 walls

Hi guys , I've got the proffesional licenese key , and I cannot fing the upgrading lvl 13(max blue walls) in the "Automatic wall upgare".
this function is enabled?

when you are selecting walls, it is the level below that you select. choose the Lvl 12 wall to upgrade to Lvl 13. there is no Lvl 14 wall so you cannot select a Lvl 13 wall.
