New user, having issues with BOTH Memu and Bluestacks.

I downloaded Memu, and attempted to use this first, as it was the recommended one on tutorial page. Everytime I try to run it I get endless pop ups of "Launcher3 has stopped working" over and over, and no fixes I have found have solved this issue (I realise this is a Memu issue and not a Clashfarmer one), so I uninstalled Memu and downloaded Bluestacks instead. I followed the install instructions and started up bot, only to have it say "Starting bot..." then "Shutting down Bluestacks emulator", then nothing. Nothing happens at all, and Bluestacks stays open and running but bot does nothing.

Any suggestions on getting either of these to work?
