Support for Bluestacks 1 is ending soon - Should I upgrade to BS 2? [Edited 20.5.16]

THE TEMPORARY SOLUTION IS TO DOWNLOAD THE RECOMMENDED ROTTED BLUESTACKS 1 VERSION FROM HERE. 
No need to download BS 2.
Also, we're currently working on supporting all the new emulators. 

Here are the steps to install the recommended Rooted Bluesatcks 1 version:  
1) Uninstall Bluestacks from windows (add/remove programs).   
2) Reboot the PC.   
3) Install Bluestacks from here, and configure COC.   
4) Run the bot

I kept my bluestacks that I got from ClashFarmer months ago, and uninstalled all the updates. It stayed on all night, 5 hours so far, and has not locked up or lost connection that I can see on the log. It is a simple fix and seems to be working great.

Hello,

Your work around doesn't work for me. After two or three attacks BlueStacks gets blocks. The bot tries to restart but fails. Solution found is to start the bot again.

Any advice?

If you are having any problem with bluestacks and clashfarmer, then follow the given steps.I guarantee you that it will work


1. Uninstall Bluestacks and clash farmer... Remove everything...Even if u uninstall some folders will be there, you need to delete those too...
2.Type regedit in run. Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/BLUESTACKS
remove this bluestacks folder
Again, goto
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/ClashFarmer
Delete clashfarmer here too...
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the clash farmer folder here..If u dont find it here Search it in C:\Program Files
4.Restart your PC
5. Download bluestacks2 from the official site...The latest version will also work no issues...
6. Download Clashfarmer 1.8.10 rc-17 from clashfarmer.com\downloads
Install it in your PC
7.install bluestacks2 and get clash of clans in it...load your townhall
8.Configure and run the Bot!!!!
DONE!!!


NOTE:-DO NOT USE TROOP REQUEST OR WALL UPGRADE IN THE BOT.....THEY WILL NOT WORK IN BS2...A NEW VERSION OF BOT IS BEING RELEASED THAT WILL FULLY SUPPORT BS2, IN NEXT FEW DAYS

Note:-If you do not find bluestacks or cf in the registry, its ok....It is probably because they have already been deleted... You can also use IOBit uninstaller to perform uninstallation..

The only problem I now have is the BS screen freezes at some point. CF managed 37 attacks In its last run and when I came to check it this morning the screen was frozen but it had continued attacking.

I've followed all the instructions listed above.

Any advice how to stop the screen freezing?

if you are using bluestacks2 ,and you have followed the above procedures,....There should not be any problem...Have u tried deleting the folder C:\ProgramData\(Bluestack folders) from here, before reinstaling bluestacks 2 ??if not, plese do it and reinstall blustacks 2 by following above procedures...
Have faith, it will work....I had same problem and i fixed it....last night my bot ran like a boss and got my collectors full!!! There was no freezing or crashing of any sort

I followed the instructions for bluestaker2, which to this point sucks camel arse, and I cannot get clash of clans to even open completely, it sits at the loading page. Does the first time opening take an incredible amount of time?
