Bot will not run without VPN

Not really a constructive answer as there is no reasoning or explanation other than "too bad for you" not really a way to talk to someone that has paid for a lifetime subscription. if you are telling me that my ISP needs to give me a new IP address (when i am on a dynamic IP anyway) would indicate they something at the verification end is blocking my IP.

Have came on and logged onto my router, i have rebooted it and my WAN IP is different and still the license error occurs without a VPN.
