I have tried a lot of different settings for farming dark elixer and had my best result so far so I thought I'd share it wit you guys.
Please let me know if you have settings that will work even better for farming dark.

Trophy range            1200-1800
Army                         80 barbs
                                 100 archers
                                 12 giants

settings for search         0 gold
                                     0 elixer
                                     500 dark elixer

Match one of the recources     off
Should have full collectors       on

This way it purely focusses on DE but you still get a lot of other recources with it since the babses you attack are going to be dead and have a lot of dark, so probably also have a lot of other stuff.

I've been experiencing some problems with clash farmer as well as memu. Clashfarmer searches for a village and when he finds one, he won't send out troops and doesn't continue to search, so the 3m timer just runs out, then nothing happens. Also I've had some problems with memu freezing. I've followed your guide(deleted CF, restarted pc, reinstalled memu...) and it didn't change anything. Memu seems to freeze only when I run CF with it, because I've been playing CoC on memu with no problems at all, so I believe that my PC is powerful enough to run memu with no problem. I'm asking if anyone has had the same problems and maybe knows how to fix them.
   

EDIT:

Also, when the bot seems to be working, it only attacks once, and then it stops working, resulting in me getting disconnected from the game due to inactivity.

I keep getting messages from CoC showing me that I have been online for too long.

I realize that there are time settings where I can choose the hours during which I want to be running. However this limits me to having to be offline for an entire hour.

Would it be possible to reboot the GUI every so often for a short amount of time? I realize that this would affect you as you would get raided and lose resources, but I think the trade off is worth it (atleast as an option) to enhance the detection.

In my army tab, all I see is the quick trains and no troops. Is this normal or do i train them somewhere else?
