i have interrogated my router and have found that my IP from the ISP looked strange. i called them and have been on the telephone with them and indeed IP was rogue, seems one of their engineers assigned a static IP to my router which has now gone back to dynamic and all license activation and bot starting is fine. all 3 bots are back to normal. 2 free, 1 professional.

been a very strange day and i cant help but feel that big brother has been watching me for some reasoning.
