:three: Click on the trash icon on top right
:four: Click new
:five: Click Android 5.1
: six: no village theme
: seven: language set to english

its on android 5.1, i watched the video that shows how to make sure it's set up right. bot is windows 8 compatibilitympatabilioty as well.

just download Proton Free VPN install it run it choose a location different than ur country then try to activate the license
then disable the VPN
