Botting on a bought account?

I didnt misunderstand. This is what I see on a lot of accounts for sale... example: https://www.playerauctions.com/clash-of-...130270829/

I would understand just fine if they said they never botted or used mods on an account to get it to where it is. I just want to be sure there isnt a reason why they say "NOTE: DO NOT USE BOT, CHEAT, MOD ETC."
