Could your miss luck be related to your settings, the bot is possibly trying to find actual Drills with a combined Dark Elixir of 1,500 - which on active TH10's is quite hard to find.

That site isn't as accurate as it may seem. For example mine shows 8am to 9am as the "worst time" to raid. I did three raids during that time with an average search of only 20 nexts, and in those three raids got just under 900k each, plus 1,500 DE.
