Because the army button is grayed out till you build the 4th Army barrack

Small addition:
It usually happens when using the navigation bar in MEmu, please remove the navigation bar from options.
Also, if you have obstacles (trees, trunks, bush and etc) next to army overview button, please remove them.

just read the first page and didn't see a solution, my settings have it for waiting 240 seconds when another device is connected, but it doesn't wait at all and keeps trying to connect back. I'm pretty sure maybe other people didn't do this so you don't have complaints but it's in version 1.8.17. The reason why is because when I'm not home I sometimes log in really quickly from my phone to gem the barracks for another hour, but it keeps kicking me off, I have to be superfast and try many times to get it to work.

You using memu or bluestacks?
Put the time to anything but 240 close the bot and run it again
