I unistalled first time and re downloaded and it didnt work and now deleted the folder and re installed again and it didnt work please help me on teamviewer.

i reinstalled it about 5 times and it didn't work..

it is clear that there is a problem for some users. the error message is the same for all those users. you don't have to paste it again and again.
more interesting would be your operating system i think.

Now it is working 100 %

(RC12) win10 x64 working perfectly, but buildings still move during zoom out.

Update: if a building, wall, etc is selected then buildings will move. but if you click on an empty space, and nothing is selected, buildings won't move during zoom out.
